Seasons & flexibility

Choose your dates around the places you want to visit, with room for changing weather.

How it works

Your idea.
A considered route.

Build your travel brief
  1. Start with your priorities

Choose two or three things you most want from the trip. A cultural visit, a hill-country stay and time by the ocean can fit together, but every extra overnight stop adds packing and travel.

  2. Make the route realistic

List your arrival and departure points first. Leave breathing room after a long flight and before your return. Treat Jaffna as a northern chapter with its own travel days.

  3. Agree the details in writing

Ask for the proposed vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, accommodation basis, included activities and full cost. Confirm payment and cancellation conditions before paying.

  4. Prepare for the journey

Check current official entry requirements, your documents and insurance. Reconfirm meeting points and any accessibility, dietary or child-seat requirements with the team.
