Stock photographs are used under their stated Creative Commons or Pexels licences. Additional landmark photographs are reused from the owner’s SSP TukTuk website with the owner’s authorization; their original photographers and any underlying third-party rights are not otherwise specified. People and customer photographs were excluded from this selection. The cobalt tuk-tuk and northern ride visuals are AI-created illustrations commissioned for this website, not photographs of actual vehicles or verified locations. The Jaffna Fort aerial and northern sunset images were supplied directly by the user; their original creators and licences were not provided, and no stock or Creative Commons licence is inferred. They illustrate places, not endorsed suppliers or promised wildlife sightings. Resized and converted WebP versions retain the original image licence; display cropping may occur.

The 12-second Jaffna and Nallur film is a motion montage of still photographs, not live footage: the user-supplied Jaffna Fort aerial, Nallur temple by Umapathy (CC BY-SA 3.0), and Jaffna seascape by Shafky Zubair (Pexels License). Nallur-derived material retains CC BY-SA 3.0; other source rights and the supplied aerial provenance remain as listed below. Motion crops, zooms, fades and video encoding were added. No endorsement is implied. The retained Firefly video asset is a user-supplied illustrative cinematic sequence, compressed for web playback with a poster extracted from the film. It is not used as the homepage hero, which now displays the credited Sigiriya photograph. The Hyberry logo is the business asset supplied with this project. Its rights remain with its owner. No licence is inferred for inherited external photographs that have not been verified.
